Key Responsibilities
* Verify stock received matches supplier paperwork and purchase orders.
* Book incoming deliveries into the system promptly and accurately.
* Allocate goods to projects and ensure correct packing and daily dispatch.
* Monitor and manage consumables stock levels.
* Prepare stock bundles for installers for daily installation work.
* Conduct regular stock taking and inventory control.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and protected warehouse environment.
* Ensure proper storage of all equipment for efficiency and safety.
Key Experience & Capabilities
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar logistics or warehouse role.
* Robust PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
* Experience using accounting/ERP software.
* Physically fit with knowledge of proper manual handling procedures.
* Qualifications to operate lifting equipment (e.g., forklift or rack stacker).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Positive, hands‐on approach with a commitment to achieving results.
* Comfortable working in a quick‐paced and changing environment.
