Job Title: Lead Experience Designer
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design of digital products and services that meet the needs of our customers. As a key member of our agile team, you will drive user-centric design across multiple projects.
* Lead and coordinate experience design activities within agile teams
* Advocate for user needs through research and testing
* Contribute to and maintain design systems and reusable components
* Ensure high-quality design outputs that meet accessibility standards
* Support consistent, evidence-based design across platforms
* Mentor and guide designers to uplift delivery standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in web and mobile interface design, who has demonstrated capability in accessible and inclusive design.
* Extensive experience in web and mobile interface design
* Demonstrated capability in accessible and inclusive design
* Expertise in design systems, interaction patterns, and component design
* Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps and product lifecycle
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
* Ability to prototype in code (HTML, CSS) is a strong plus
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
