Adelaide based Mid-Senior Account Manager
star to work alongside our Account Director and provide the experience and knowledge to manage branding and marketing campaigns across a wide variety of industries, clients and products.

Today, our teams are:
* Branding businesses from construction to food and beverage
* Creating marketing and campaign strategies for real world and online businesses
* Supporting brand PR and communications across an extensive range of clientele and industries
* Developing online applications and experiences for a range of businesses; from retail to banking
* Planning, promoting and running national conferences
You'll be responsible for:
* Understand and represent a client's brand/s and business (aka be the brand guardian for all your clients)
* Foster long-lasting customer relationships
* Provide marketing strategy that result in tangible value to our clients' business
* Lead clients through the planning and execution of branding and marketing projects and campaigns
* Facilitate discovery and planning workshops
* Create proposals, estimates and requirements
* Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams on a day-to-day basis to drive the delivery of customer campaigns, projects and support needs
* Ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained
* Provide exceptional levels of customer service, both internally and externally
* Take a proactive approach to continuous learning and skills development
* Manage and meet all budgets
Experience you'll bring:
* Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in an Account Manager role in an agency, leading and executing campaigns across multiple industries
* Exceptional client management skills
* An education in branding and marking principles
* Proven mastery of all marketing disciplines and their role
* Marketing and brand strategy knowledge and experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills that will enable you to quickly build confidence and trust with your clients
* Experience leading a team of marketing professionals including PR, copywriters, designers, social media and digital marketing specialists and developers
* Demonstrated knowledge and use of multiple relevant technologies including, AI systems and tools, tasking platforms and project budgeting and time tracking systems
