Main Responsibilities:
* Planning, implementing, and overseeing programs and activities designed to enhance the well-being and quality of life of elderly residents
* Creating engaging and meaningful activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of residents
* Ensuring physical, emotional, and social needs are met
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Aging Support, or equivalent
* Initiative and creative flair
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work as part of a team and prioritize work
* A big heart – empathetic and passionate about supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
* Knowledge of the needs of persons living with dementia (desirable)
