We're partnering with a well-regarded real estate agency in the Hunter Valley that is looking to bring an experienced Property Manager into their growing team. This role offers strong support, an excellent office environment, and genuine opportunities for long-term career development.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a well-structured portfolio of approximately 150 properties, with the benefit of dedicated leasing support to help streamline your workload.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing a residential portfolio of 150 properties
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Liaising with tenants, landlords, and trades
• Working collaboratively with an experienced leasing team
What We're Looking For
• Previous Property Management experience
• Current COR or Class 2 Real Estate License
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, professional approach
