Lead Retail Store Associate
The Lead Retail Store Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager to drive overall success. Key responsibilities include leading by example, developing and motivating the team, managing visual merchandising, overseeing store rostering and stock management, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with colleagues.
We are seeking like-minded individuals with a passion for retail leadership, customer service, and team development. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in leadership roles or Full-time worker positions, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive a customer-centric culture and meaningful store experience through leading by example
* Develop and motivate the team to hit financial targets
* Manage visual merchandising and transform the store into an attractive haven
* Oversight of store rostering and wage expenses
* Efficiently manage stock in a fast-paced environment
* Diligently track store sales performance and communicate findings to peers
* Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit dedicated retail professionals
