We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Receptionist to join our dynamic conveyancing and legal practice. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and wants to be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about the people we work with.


About the Role


As our Receptionist, you will be the first person our clients meet — in person and over the phone. Your warm, professional presence will set the tone for their entire experience with us.

In this role, you'll keep reception running smoothly, assist with everyday enquiries, and provide essential administrative support to our team. Your organisation, efficiency, and client-focused mindset will help keep our office operating at its best.


Your Key Responsibilities


You'll be someone who enjoys variety in your day, including tasks like:

* Greeting clients warmly and managing all incoming calls
* Handling general enquiries and directing calls to the right team members
* Assisting with filing, data entry, scanning, and general office administration
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail and emails
* Helping with appointment scheduling and diary management
* Preparing basic documentation and correspondence
* Supporting our conveyancing and legal team with admin tasks
* Keeping client records accurate and up to date
* Keeping both front and back office areas tidy and professional
* Monitoring and maintaining office supplies


About You


You're someone who brings professionalism, kindness, and efficiency to everything you do. Ideally, you have:

* Previous experience in reception or administration (legal or conveyancing experience is a bonus)
* Clear and confident communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
* A warm, professional, client-focused manner
* Confidence with Microsoft Office (and ideally some exposure to conveyancing or legal software)
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
