About The Role
Join the growing team in Alice Springs as a Sales Support Officer on a Permanent, Full Time basis. The first person our clients see when they interact with Elders, you will use your expert customer service skills to support the sales teams and help build relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end‑to‑end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert administrative support to foster professional relationships within the branch.
- Assist with all areas of the sales process and run the office efficiently.
- Create promotional and marketing materials to actively promote the Elders brand.
- Collaborate with the Elders team to explore new innovative opportunities for clients.
- Maximise promotional opportunities, including field days and community events.
- Assist with expense management to keep the branch operating effectively.
