Duties:
The Legal Practitioner will undertake litigation on behalf of, and provide legal services and support to the Department.
Pre-Employment Checks:
* Arson and fire setting;
* Sexual offences;
* Dishonesty (e.g. theft, burglary, breaking and entering, fraud);
* Deception (e.g. obtaining an advantage by deception);
* Violent crimes and crimes against the person;
* Malicious damage and destruction to property
* Trafficking of narcotic substance;
Qualifications and Experience:
Admitted, or qualified for and entitled to be admitted to the legal profession under the provisions of the Legal Profession Act 2007.
