Children and young people may come with high to complex needs, and Selectability aspires to promote consistent and stable teams to support the recovery of our young people.
About This Opportunity
* You must possess clear and effective communication skills
* Demonstrate computer literacy and accuracy in record management
* Be able to always follow policies and procedures
* Be able to work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and individuals
* Flexible to work across a 24/7 roster
Requirements
1. Must have a minimum of Cert IV qualification recognized under the child safety minimum qualification standards (or willing to actively study)
2. Possess certification in Hope and Healing for residential care (to be obtained upon commencement)
3. A current minimum P1
