Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in the Greater Sydney Area for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will oversee day-to-day office operations, manage office equipment, coordinate administrative tasks, and provide outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include organizing files, maintaining office supplies, responding to inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
1. Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
2. Familiarity with Office Equipment and the ability to maintain operational efficiency
3. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
4. Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic office environment
6. Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
7. Basic understanding of WHS (Work, Health, and Safety) documentation is a plus
