We're looking for permanent, full-time Property Claims Consultant to join our CGU Broker team in either Meanjin (Brisbane), Naarm (Melbourne, Dharug Country (Parramatta), Tarndanya (Adelaide) or Boorloo (Perth). You'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional claims experiences; providing support, making informed decisions, and ensuring a smooth process for our customers. You'll start in either commercial or home claims, and be crossed skills to work in both areas. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love problem-solving, and want to make a real difference, this role is for you.
You'll begin with 7 weeks comprehensive, fully paid training. This is a hybrid role, with a minum of one day per week in the office, training will be conducted remotely however you may be asked to attend the office more during this time. Shifts will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5:00pm.
What You'll Do
• Deliver exceptional customer service by managing property claims with empathy
• Solve problems quickly by investigating details and working with suppliers to get repairs done fast
• Make fair decisions on claims within your authority, always putting the customer first
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and ensure compliance
• Read and understand building and engineering reports to handle complex information confidently.
