The Opportunity
Join a well-established landscaping contractor delivering premium residential projects across Perth. We’re seeking a hands-on Foreman to take charge of site operations, lead teams, and ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Oversee day-to-day site activities and weekly task planning
* Order materials and coordinate subcontractors
* Communicate with clients and supervisors on progress and issues
* Capture defects, manage variations, and maintain accurate records
* Mentor and upskill team members while enforcing WHS compliance
* Provide technical guidance on complex landscaping tasks
What You’ll Bring
* Strong technical skills in landscaping (hardscape, irrigation, softscape) or similar construction experience
* Proven leadership managing teams and subcontractors
* Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
* Knowledge of WHS and ability to implement safety procedures
* Highly organized and accountable with strong communication skills
(Landscaping experience preferred but transferable skills from related industries welcome.)
