We are seeking reliable, friendly, and committed House Cleaners to support NDIS participants and older Australians to live safely and comfortably at home.
As a House Cleaner with Regal Care, you will deliver essential domestic assistance that supports independence, dignity, and wellbeing. You'll work in clients' homes, providing quality cleaning and maintaining a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality cleaning services: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchen and bathroom cleaning
* Assist with general household duties including laundry, bed-making, and tidying
* Maintain a clean and hygienic home environment based on individual client needs
* Follow client support plans and Regal Care procedures
* Build respectful, professional relationships with clients
* Report any changes in client needs or concerns to the office promptly
* Work independently and manage time effectively across multiple shifts
Requirements
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (support provided if needed)
* Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence
* Smartphone for schedules, apps, and communication
* Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
* Genuine passion for helping people in the community
* Essential / Highly desirable: Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (or willingness to obtain)
* Current National Police Check and relevant worker screening
* Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (for community-based roles)
* Ability to understand, comply with, and uphold the Aged Care Code of Conduct in all interactions
* Ability to maintain vaccination status as required by government, funding bodies, and host agencies
* Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
