Customer Service Manager – Spare Parts

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, customer-centric Customer Service Manager to lead our Spare Parts and Aftermarket Customer Service function.

This role is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys building capability, improving processes and setting service standards that genuinely differentiate a business.

Palfinger Australia specialises in the supply, installation and lifetime support of mounted cranes, hookloaders, skiploaders and tail lifts, predominantly servicing the Transport and Waste Management industries.

About the Role

This role leads a high-performing Customer Service team responsible for supporting our national customer and service partner network in the supply of spare parts, service packs and warranty support.

Initially, your focus will be on:

* Leading, coaching and developing your team
* Embedding strong service processes and performance levels
* Delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience
* Ensuring service levels and KPIs are achieved

As you become established, you will play a broader role across the After-Sales function, contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives and supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle of their Palfinger equipment—often spanning many years.

You and your team will manage spare parts ranging from small mechanical items through to hydraulic fittings and major engineered components. Comprehensive product training and strong technical support are provided locally and globally.

What You'll Bring

You are an experienced customer service leader with a background in B2B, product-based environments, ideally within industrial, technical or engineered products.

You will bring:

* Proven experience leading and developing customer service teams
* Strong capability in building service models, processes and standards
* A continuous improvement mindset and curiosity for better ways of working
* Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales, Technical and Service teams
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes
