Position
In this role as a Client Coordinator, you/'ll oversee a caseload of program participants in Ipswich and collaborate with a team of employment services staff to support client journeys from intake to employment. You/'ll work within a structured team, including marketers, support officers and caseload contract officers, to deliver a life-changing outcome for the client.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective action plans to create meaningful pathways towards stable job opportunities for people living with a disability.
- Inspire, coach, and support individuals with disabilities to reach their employment goals.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with local businesses, community organisations and industry partners to provide staffing solutions and foster long-term relationships.
- Work independently while also being an integral part of our supportive team to develop, document, and implement high-quality marketing and capacity-building strategies, utilising action plans to understand job requirements through task analysis.
- Plan appropriate employment supports for participants and seek feedback to ensure supports align with participants/' individual needs.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate files and records, complete relevant documentation as required, and ensure confidentiality in line with CPL, contractual and legislative guidelines.
Requirements: You will require a valid C class driving license. You will also need a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to start (we can help).
