Zenviron are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join the Lotus Creek Wind Farm Project, located in Central Queensland, on a FIFO 2:1 roster.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Work closely with the project teams to deliver a culture of excellence in HSSE, quality, productivity, performance, and innovation to successfully deliver the project
• Foster relationships with internal and external customers to ensure contractual requirements are met
• Effectively manage and provide leadership to work teams, including subcontractors
• Assisting with planning and scheduling the scope of work, whilst ensuring works remain in line with the project budget
• Lead from the front in promoting an innovative culture
• Set and achieve excellent safety performance through driving operational safety awareness and intervention
What we are looking for:
• An Australian recognised trade qualification in either a civil or structural discipline
• Demonstrable experience in managing and looking after civil scopes and managing subcontractors
• At least 5 years site based industry experience as a Civil Supervisor within the civil construction industry,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages
• Sound commercial acumen and contractual knowledge
• Able to foster and manage effective relationships with the client, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
• Proof of right to work in Australia
