Our dedicated Business Banking (BB) team supports over 10,000 businesses across Australia, navigating complex financial landscapes with turnovers from over $30M to under $150M and lending up to $50M.

Join our dynamic, fun, and high-performing team as an Account Manager, partnering closely with Relationship Executives and Analysts to meet portfolio needs—specifically in the Health sector in VIC.
This permanent opportunity involves supporting both new and existing clients, handling stakeholders, aiding deal execution, and contributing to new business development. You will gain extensive client support exposure and play a pivotal role in our Relationship team, with opportunities to develop skills in credit and analytics through our collaborative approach.

More specifically, you will:
* Provide exceptional customer service, reflected in positive survey results, and foster relationships with support teams including Risk Management.
* Identify and collaborate with product specialists on ideas and solutions.
* Assist in completing annual reviews and managing client applications within agreed arrangements.
* Support Relationship Executives and Analysts in credit submissions, deal execution, documentation, and funding.
* Ensure the accuracy of information on source systems.
* Engage actively in the Service and Sales framework, including meetings and debriefs.
We want to hear from you if you have:
* Preferably, experience in corporate, commercial, or business banking customer service.
* Credit risk analysis experience or eagerness to learn.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to remain composed and driven in fast-paced environments.
* Initiative, adaptability, and a desire for skill development.
* Relevant degree and industry experience preferred.
