Job Description:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will guide customers through their security and compliance journeys with our solutions, combining customer-centric approaches with expertise in our products and security best practices. You will contribute to the overall success and satisfaction of our customers in achieving robust security and compliance outcomes.
Our rapid growth has led us to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences to as many security-minded companies as possible. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the voice of our organization, helping our customers move toward their goals and ultimately succeed and thrive.
This role is hybrid, with three days spent in our Sydney office per week.
Responsibilities:
* Guide customers through the implementation, product adoption, and value-driven success phases.
* Work with our customers across various industries, functions, and stages of their customer journey in a strategic manner.
* Proactively partner with stakeholders to drive growth and success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of security best practices and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with similar software products and knowledge of industry trends are highly desirable.
