Full‐time Chef
Applejack Hospitality runs several Sydney bars and restaurants.
You will be fully responsible for your section, whether it be larder, grill or pans, and ensure your section is stocked, prepped and ready to go; you will remain on top of things during busy, high‐volume services.
Skills & Experience
* Hold a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or 2‐4 years experience in a commercial kitchen.
* Previous experience in high‐volume kitchens and A‐la‐Carte service.
* Hard‐working, dedicated individual looking to propel their career.
* Ability to work a full‐time hospitality roster.
* Can manage any kitchen section – pans, grill, larder, fryer.
Salary & Benefits
* Cook Grade 4 (Demi Chef) – $81,000 + Super.
* Cook Grade 5 (Chef De Partie) – $83,000 + Super.
* Sous Chef – $84,000 to $95,000 + Super.
* Head Chef – $90,000 to $110,000 + Super.
