Partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive store performance.

About you
Proven retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager or similar).
People-focused, results-driven and love helping your team succeed.
Strong communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on — not afraid to get on the floor, move stock, or fire up a grill demo.
