Your Role
As a care assistant you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients.
Your tasks will include:
* Assist in the development and running of activities for clients
* Provide physical, personal and social support to clients as needed
* Assist in the day to day running of all aspects of the Centre including meals, excursions and the transport of clients
* Assist client in and out of their homes and on/off vehicle into the centre or other destinations as necessary
* Where required, drive the Facility Bus and the Facility Commuter Vehicle
* Report and document all client changes, concerns and incidents in a timely manner to Coordinator

Role Requirements
* Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
* Current Police Screening Certificate (valid within the past 3 years) OR (P) PAID NDIS Worker Clearance
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Home & Community Care (or equivalent)
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
* Good computer & mobile device skills
