**Role**:
This purpose of this position is to build out a PMO function to drive efficiency, control, continuous improvement in line with strategic outcomes and company goals.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Develop and provide facilitation service to projects across risk, scope, estimating, resourcing, communication, vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop project assurance processes and documentation.
- Identify and monitor work across the project lifecycle and team in line with strategic goals.
- Develop and deliver training in line with business expectations.
- Develop and execute portfolio management activities.
- Manage definition and implementation of delivery metrics.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Demonstrate experience managing a cross functional delivery team within technology.
- Demonstrate working experience within an Agile environment at an enterprise level.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery, methodologies, metrics, budgeting, control and scope.
- Demonstrate experience managing resources and drive performance in line with budget and business expectations.
- Professional certifications in Agile and Project Management are highly regarded.
