Assistant Service Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven leader to join our team as an Assistant Service Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for building the strength and capacity of our front of house team while maintaining customer service and quality standards.
Duties:
* Start and End of Day Procedures: Oversee the management of start and end of day procedures to ensure seamless operations.
* Service Advisor and Booking Agent Support: Provide training and support to service advisors and booking agents to enhance their skills and productivity.
* Customer Assistance: Assist customers with queries, process job cards, and handle invoicing in a timely and efficient manner.
* Production Planning: Ensure that each production day is planned 48 hours in advance to maximize efficiency.
* Job Card Documentation: Verify that all job card documentation, including warranty information, is complete, accurate, and compliant.
* Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies to manage customer retention and meet targets.
* Staff Response Rates: Monitor and maintain staff response rates across various communication channels.
* TFL Standards: Maintain and report on TFL standards to ensure compliance.

* Department KPIs: Collaborate with the Service Manager to achieve budget and department KPIs.
* Training and Development: Participate in in-person and online training activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
* Representative Role: Represent the organization at conferences and events.

To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Previous Experience: Hold previous experience as a Service Advisor, Technician, or Parts Interpreter.
* Leadership Experience: Demonstrate leadership experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
* Toyota Certifications: Possess Toyota Service Advisor or Master Service Advisor Certification.
* Commitment to Processes: Display a strong commitment to following processes and ensuring accuracy.
* Communication and Organizational Skills: Showcase excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Time Management: Demonstrate proven time management skills.
* Driver's License: Hold a current driver's license.
* Positive Attitude: Exude a positive 'can-do' attitude.
