Working a set roster Wednesday to Saturday this role offers true work-life balance.
About the role:
* Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue

About you:
* Demonstrated experience as a Restaurant Manager with a deep understanding of overall venue operations.
* Strong communicator with a passion for service
* Hands-on leader who drives results and engages the team
* Business minded with the ability to manage financials and operational processes
* Wine knowledge highly regarded - WSET Level 2+
