This role involves working with young people who have experienced trauma and neglect, providing them with a nurturing and supportive home environment. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting these individuals in their daily lives, teaching them practical and social skills, and helping them prepare for adulthood.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting young people and contributing to a positive team culture. They will also possess the necessary qualifications and experience, including a Cert IV in Child, Family, and Youth Intervention or equivalent, and current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and LCS2 licenses.

In addition to your qualifications and experience, you should be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays. This flexibility is essential for providing the support and care that our young people require.
