Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist, based in Hervey Bay, QLD. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for delivering tailored therapy services to clients, supporting their rehabilitation and quality of life. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing therapy plans, providing hands-on treatment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and supporting clients across various settings, including home care and aged care facilities.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
* Knowledge of Medicine and understanding of therapeutic interventions
* Strong Communication skills to interact with clients, families, and colleagues
* Experience working with Pediatrics or diverse age groups is beneficial
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, with current professional registration
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to providing compassionate, client-focused care
* Previous experience in aged care or disability care is a plus
