Implementation Consultant Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to bring our mission of Technology for Social Justice to life.
* Configure client and case management software for customers based on agreed scope.
* Analyse customer requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document reviews.
* Design solutions that satisfy customer needs utilising existing product features.
* Respond to sales enquiries from existing customers and generate proposals for new work.
* Provide Level 3 configuration support, including troubleshooting and resolution of bugs.
* Manage all components of small to medium configuration projects, including scope, schedule, deliverables, and change.
* Create and maintain internal documentation, user guides, and training materials.
* Deliver training sessions to end users.
* Perform data migrations to and from the application.
About the Ideal Candidate
* Experience working in a SaaS environment, including requirements gathering and implementation.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to deliver presentations, workshops, and demonstrations.
* Strong business analysis and requirements gathering background, able to interpret user stories and provide fit for purpose solutions.
* Proven customer engagement and business development capability.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong organisational and personal management skills.
* Proven experience undertaking projects working to scope, time, and budget.
* High attention to detail.
* Knowledge or previous experience working in the not for profit and/or community services sector is highly valued.
