Role Description Our new Marketing Executive will play a key role in planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive is responsible for the execution of digital and performance marketing activity across a portfolio of clients.
You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality marketing campaigns across paid social, content, email marketing and organic social — while ensuring strong client communication and campaign performance.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role suited to someone who loves both creativity and performance, understands paid social platforms, and thrives in an agency environment.
This role is a fixed‑term contract, with the successful candidate ideally based in Sydney or on the Gold Coast, QLD so that you can regularly attend team meetings and outings. However, this is not mandatory and we prioritise the person over the location. All applicants must be based in Australia with full working rights.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Marketing You will support the planning and execution of social media activity across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.
Tasks include:
Planning and scheduling social content calendars aligned to brand strategy
Writing professional, engaging copy tailored to each platform
Briefing and managing external designers, videographers and editors to produce high‑performing creative
Creating social media content including reels, feed posts, behind the scenes, mini microphone content
Working with influencers and content creators to produce trending social content for beyond Agency and our clients
Publishing content
Monitoring trends and platform updates, bringing new ideas to the team
Assisting in the development of social strategy and campaign concepts
Developing and elevating social media as a key brand marketing channel for clients
We’re looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes social media — who understands what works, why it works, and how to turn trends into results.
Marketing & Campaign Delivery You will assist in developing and delivering end‑to‑end marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Tasks include:
Supporting campaign planning and rollout
Ensuring brand alignment across all content and messaging
Coordinating timelines and deliverables
Contributing to strategic thinking and creative direction
Working closely with the Marketing Manager to bring campaigns to life
You’ll gain exposure to campaign strategy, vital skills for end‑to‑end campaign management, and strong executional capability.
Performance & Paid Media A core part of this role is executing and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest.
Tasks include:
Building, launching and managing paid social campaigns
Organising assets, creative briefs and campaign structures
Monitoring performance and optimising against KPIs
Preparing performance reports and insights
Liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure campaign success
Managing budgets and ensuring deadlines are met
You should be comfortable inside Ads Manager and understand core performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS etc).

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing or digital role (agency experience highly regarded)
Experience running paid social campaigns (Meta essential, TikTok and Pinterest desirable)
Strong professionalism in the workplace in general, with the ability to communicate professionally internally and with clients and at all times
Experience liaising directly with clients or stakeholders
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field (preferred)
Strong computer skills including paid social platforms and basic design tools
High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced agency environment
A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow
And preferably you will already have experience with:
Canva or CapCut
Paid Social
Programs such as Buffer or Hootsuite
Analytics and reporting
AI tools
