Are you looking to kickstart your career in finance? Some exciting opportunities exist to join BOQ Group's Finance team as a Lending Officer on a 6-month Max Term Contract and a Full-time Perm contract.
This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. You'll be responsible for assisting with the administration and review/submission of loan applications submitted by our network to various business areas within BOQ Finance.
Aiding in the management of the business service proposition on commercial transactions for BOQ Finance, while building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A key component will be you completing onboarding of customer details within our core systems, working to a very high level of accuracy along with meeting policy and guidelines.
Responsibilities
* Ensure loans processed are in accordance with credit policies and lending criteria.
* Work autonomously and independently but collaboratively with the team.
* Provide timely turnaround of tasks within agreed SLAs.
* Undertake and complete tasks/projects assigned by the team manager.
* On the job training is provided to set you up for success in your role.
About you
No prior experience is required but a basic understanding of banking and the finance industry would be preferred, along with a willingness to learn quickly.
