We are seeking a dedicated Senior Case Manager to join our NSW team. In this full-time, permanent role, you will focus on returning people to work and health, leveraging your Workers Compensation expertise, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
About the role
* Manage a diverse portfolio of claims for corporate or government clients.
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet Allianz’s service principles.
* Assess liability and treatment requests promptly and accurately.
* Document claims decisions appropriately.
* Utilize claims management systems effectively.
* Develop and implement claims strategies for positive, sustainable outcomes.
* Meet compliance and performance standards.
* Coach and support new team members.
About you
* Experience as a Workers Compensation Case Manager or in personal injury lines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to handle complex situations and resolve issues promptly.
* Proactive with a desire to learn and develop skills.
* Strong time management skills and adaptability to change.
