Role Purpose
To produce consistent, high-quality sourdough bread as part of a structured and supportive bakehouse team, ensuring all wholesale and retail orders are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Work across dough, bench, and ovens roles to maintain production flow, support the team, uphold product quality, and keep a clean, organised workspace throughout the shift.
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience working with sourdough in a professional environment
* Understanding of fermentation and dough behaviour
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
* Attention to detail and consistency in output
* Willingness to follow systems and work as part of a team

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
