Customer Service & Administration Manager
Based at our beachside Kingscliff headquarters, this hands‑on leadership role is essential to maintaining high standards of service, efficiency, and internal operations.
You'll oversee the daily performance of our Customer Service and Administration teams, implement best‑practice processes, and act as a key link between customers, sales, operations, and senior management.
Your leadership will help shape the customer journey, strengthen administrative workflows, and support the continued success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the customer service and administration teams
* Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance satisfaction and operational efficiency
* Lead, train, and support staff to ensure high performance and adherence to SAE Group standards
* Monitor and analyse customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
* Coordinate administrative duties including scheduling, correspondence, and record‑keeping
* Prepare reports on team performance and customer service metrics for management review
* Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and senior management to support seamless project delivery
* Handle escalated customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
About You
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service and administration roles, including at least 1 year in a leadership position
* Strong people‑leadership and communication skills
* Experience managing customer‑facing, administrative, or scheduling teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce highly regarded)
* Ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights
* High‑level problem‑solving skills and a strong customer‑focused mindset
* Experience with Fishbowl or similar operational or scheduling software (advantageous)
* A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (desirable)
