The Opportunity
As the Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in turning travel dreams into reality by driving the end-to-end delivery of TripADeal's strategic portfolio. This isn't a role for a distant overseer; we are looking for a leader who is naturally in the detail and enjoys being hands-on with the team. You'll lead a group of Business Analysts by example, staying close to the work to ensure every project—from large-scale transformations to high-impact "quick wins"—is executed with precision.
Reporting to the CFO, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution. You'll take an active role in business analysis and execution, working closely with the Technology team and Senior Leadership to keep priorities clear and momentum high. If you thrive on staying connected to the technical and operational nuances of a project while mentoring a passionate team, this is the perfect fit.
Organisational Structure
This is a permanent full time role based from our Byron Bay HQ or the ability of at least 3 days at Byron Bay HQ, and 2 days working from the Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast office as needed.
In your new role you will be based 100% on site from Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose
A Day in the Life
* Manage the planning and delivery of large, complex projects including taking an active role, leading the delivery of projects
* Facilitate Agile practices, maintaining sprint backlogs and leading Scrum ceremonies
* Lead the identification of operational and delivery risks and the mitigation strategies to ensure delivery timelines are realised
* Collaborate with business units to optimise processes and align them with strategy and build strong relationships with key stakeholders for effective project delivery
* Prepare and present briefings, business cases, and routine reports to track and report on project performance to stakeholders and senior leadership
* Conduct project retrospectives to understand areas for improvement and manage the implementation of improvement initiatives
* Align project technology requirements by working closely with the Head of Technology
* Ensure successful project launches by collaborating and working closely with teams such as marketing and operations
To be a Front Running Candidate
* Highly regarded - Working knowledge of CMS platforms like Salesforce
* A real people leader - experience managing Business Analysts and leading teams in a fast paced environment
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Product Management, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
* Demonstrated experience in Agile methodology and delivering projects in the digital space
* Ability to manage multiple projects with great attention to detail
* Proactive, organised, and able to maintain confidentiality
* Scrum certification is highly regarded
