Enterprise Data Architect
We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Data Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of our data platforms.
* This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and database design principles.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and maintaining our data architecture strategy, designing scalable data models, pipelines, and storage solutions, and ensuring security compliance and governance standards are integrated into these solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a comprehensive data architecture strategy that aligns with business objectives.
* Create robust data models, pipelines, and storage solutions that support analytics reporting and future AI initiatives.
* Oversee the integration of data across multiple systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
* Work closely with data engineers and analysts to deliver reliable and consistent data products.
* Provide technical leadership and documentation for data architecture best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Data Architect or senior data professional in a similar industry.
* Strong expertise in relational and non-relational database design, including SQL and data modeling.
* Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and orchestration tools, such as AWS Glue or Apache Beam.
* Understanding of data governance, quality, and security frameworks, including GDPR and HIPAA.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
