The Role of a Graduate Occupational Therapist
About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary teams. As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and work with a diverse range of clients across different settings.
You will manage your caseload to provide timely and evidence-based intervention to individuals across the lifespan, including pre-schoolers, school-aged children, adolescents, young adults, and adults with various conditions.

You will be equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform your duties effectively, including IT equipment and access to a pool of company cars or reimbursement for mileage.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of clients across different age groups and with varying needs
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and client needs
* Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Provide education and support to clients and their families
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
* Registration with AHPRA
* Experience working with children, young people, and adults with disability
* An understanding of assessments and interventions within the scope of occupational therapy practice
* Current driver's licence and willingness to drive within the region
* NDIS worker check and current first aid and CPR certification
