About the Role
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for building the sales and business development function from the ground up and driving occupancy, referrals, and revenue growth.
You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to shape strategy, establish partnerships, and convert market opportunities into sustainable outcomes.

Essential
* Proven experience in sales or business development
* Strong relationship-based selling capability
* Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious targets
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable operating in a start-up / growth environment
* High accountability and ownership mindset
Desirable
* Experience in NDIS, SDA, SIL, healthcare, or community services
* Existing referral networks in Victoria
* Leadership or team-building experience
