To succeed in this role, you'll need a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care to seniors, Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) – desirable but not essential, Good understanding of food safety practices, kitchen hygiene and cleanliness, Excellent communication skills with experience interacting with diverse individuals
