The Opportunity

Owing to our ongoing growth and increasing client base, we require a front-end/projects lawyer to join our highly regarded procurement team.

You will work with Simon Walsh (Partner) on some of the most complex and strategic procurement and projects advice and transactions for the country's largest and most interesting clients.
">
You will be working across various project structures and contract forms, including PPP projects, D&C contracts, managing contractor contracts, services agreements, Australian standard contracts, alliance contracts, access agreements, and other forms of contracting used in the construction and infrastructure industry.

To Succeed in This Role

1. 4+ years post-admission experience.
2. Experience in procurement within one or more of the identified industry sectors.
3. Strong leadership, mentoring, and management skills to assist in the development of more junior lawyers.
