This role involves providing technical support to end-users in relation to devices, standard operating environments and licensed applications.

1. Providing advice and resolution to requests from end-users for service or support
2. Providing a point of escalation for complex technical service or support requests
3. Working collaboratively with the Service Desk to ensure a seamless service to users
4. Developing self-service and self-help guides and assistance for users as relevant
