Key Responsibilities
* Interpret and act upon client communication needs, healthcare plans, and mealtime guidelines.
* Administer prescribed medication on a needs basis to individual clients and accurately record the administration.
* Identify and respond to individual health concerns and record relevant observations in client diaries.
Requirements
* Cleared criminal history checks for working with children and disability services.
* A Certificate III in Individualised Support, Disability, or Community Services (willing to complete or enrolled).
* Current Senior First Aid Certificate (including CPR) and Manual Handling Training for Health Care.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills to communicate with clients, families, staff, and caregivers.
