About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at our residential aged care facility, you'll ensure the best possible quality of life for our residents. You'll provide clinical and personal care, adhere to established policies and procedures, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care planning.
* Administer medication, conduct wound care, and supervise Enrolled Nurses
* Liaise with resident stakeholders, including family members and health professionals
* Implement and maintain resident care plans, conduct assessment activities, and monitor care worker practice
You'll work collaboratively with our team to create a safe, home-like environment that upholds residents' comfort, independence, and dignity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* AHPRA Registration
* Minimum 2 years experience as a registered nurse
* A committed approach to person-centred care and compliance standards
* National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
* Current First Aid and CPR accreditation
* 3 x COVID-19 vaccinations and annual influenza vaccination
