As a Service Advisor, you will be an essential part of our dealership, bridging the gap between our customers and our skilled service technicians. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers receive the best service experience from start to finish. Your enthusiasm, knowledge, and friendly demeanour will be key in building lasting relationships with our valued clientele.


Responsibilities

* Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming environment.
* Actively listen to customers' concerns and thoroughly understand their vehicle issues.
* Schedule service appointments and efficiently manage service bookings.
* Communicate with the workshop to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairs.
* Provide detailed service recommendations and quotes to customers.
* Upsell additional services to enhance the customer's vehicle maintenance experience.
* Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
* Collaborate with the service team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.


Qualifications & Skills

* Previous experience in a service advisor role or customer-facing position is a plus.
* A passion for cars and a desire to learn about Toyota's cutting-edge technology.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner.
* Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others.
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
