About You
We are seeking a motivated
Associate Support Engineer
with at least one year of experience, ideally with exposure to
cybersecurity environments
. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, expand their technical expertise, and grow within a highly skilled team. You will provide frontline support to clients while gaining hands-on experience with leading security technologies.
About The Role
* Provide on-site, phone, email, and remote IT support to clients.
* Troubleshoot and resolve network and IT-related issues with a focus on security technologies.
* Research, test, and implement IT and cybersecurity solutions.
* Work across multiple vendors and technologies to deliver high-quality support and solutions.
* Collaborate with senior engineers and contribute to team projects.
From time to time you may be required to assume additional responsibilities other than those specified above.
Key Attributes
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a networking or IT support role (cybersecurity experience highly regarded).
* IT-related qualification or equivalent experience.
* Preferably certified in EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) or other security solution vendors.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
* Eager to learn and develop new technical skills.
