We are looking for a Japanese Speaking Logistics Administrator to help run our client's business efficiently and according to safety guidelines.Our client is still new to Australian market currently 5-10 people operating the function.
Japanese Speaking Logistics Administrator responsibilities include supporting all logistics procedures, from coordinating deliveries to handling shipping documentation. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organised and understand the order fulfilment cycle. Training will be provided.
This is a permanent full time role, M-F, located in the West suburb of Sydney working for a company that's specialised in logistics services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, purchase orders and bills
- Coordinate and monitor shipping
- Take orders and liaise with relevant department
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
- Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
- Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
**Requirements and skills**:
- Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems (Training will be provided)
- Basic accounting knowledge is a bonus but not necessary
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- BSc in Supply chain management, Logistics or relevant field
- Full working rights in Australia
