International Talent Specialists is seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager for a WA-based company.
The position is full-time with a minimum of 38 hours per week.
This position will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Duties below;
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to address current and future workforce needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures.
- Implement and oversee performance management systems to drive employee engagement and development.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations and goal-setting.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.
- Implement career development initiatives to retain and grow internal talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in the talent market.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualificatios & Skills;
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- At least 2 years experience in similar position
