About This Role
You will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service as a Sample Collector.
* Collect samples with precision and attention to detail, ensuring accurate results for our patients.
* Maintain meticulous records for every patient and sample, adhering to strict quality control standards.
* Deliver documentation within tight turnaround times, supporting efficient workflow processes.
* Prepare and package specimens for transport and testing, ensuring safe handling and timely delivery.
* Liaise with customers, clinic staff, and couriers to provide seamless communication and coordination.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a related healthcare background.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse clients.
* Strong organisational, time management, and attention to detail capabilities, ensuring efficient workflow and data accuracy.
* The ability to work autonomously in a solo environment, making sound decisions and taking initiative when necessary.
* A valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel, supporting flexible working arrangements.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency, or a valid visa, ensuring eligibility to work in Australia.
