The Role:
We are currently seeking a Full Time Production Administrative Support role based at our Nowra site.
You will be reporting to the Site Team Leader and working closely with all the production team over several sites, with a primary focus on controlling and coordinating waste and recyclables entering and exiting the facility in compliance with all statutory regulations and in line with licensing requirements.

* Accuracy of paperwork, recording and processing of information is critical
* Is competent in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook
* Ability to adapt and change priorities to meet changing demands
* Weighbridge experience is an advantage
Various duties include:
* Monthly reporting
* Traffic management for site facility for subcontractors and clients
* Monitoring transport workers tipping locations/loads
* Update and maintain site induction registers
* Processing purchase orders and invoicing
* Stocktake of first aid items
* Assist Site Team Leader with competency assessments
