This is a newly created, fully remote role. This position will lead financial operations and reporting, manage a small local team, and collaborate across global finance functions. Key Responsibilities Lead month-end close and prepare consolidated and local reports. Manage a team and support global finance coordination. Deliver reporting and liaise with auditors. Provide financial insights to support decision-making and strategic projects. Maintain strong internal controls and drive continuous improvement. Support technical accounting compliance and policy implementation. Contribute to finance transformation initiatives globally. Coach and develop direct reports; influence stakeholders through strong communication. What We're Looking For CA/CPA qualified with experience in group reporting and audit. Strong reporting and technical accounting knowledge. Leadership experience with the ability to work remotely and independently. Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
