We have an influx of Business Support Officer / Administration Officer requirements at the moment. With a god mix of Commercial and Government clients, we need more suitable candidates to meet our clients needs. This is more than your average admin role — you'll play a key part in ensuring team operations run smoothly while supporting a range of internal projects and stakeholder needs. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate team activities and administrative functions Manage shared mailboxes and correspondence Prepare documents, meeting notes, and reports Perform accurate data entry and maintain records Support internal projects and team deliverables Liaise with internal and external stakeholders Essential skills required Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills Highly Desirable: Previous experience in assistant or executive support roles Experience working in government or large-scale organisations Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships A sharp eye for detail and the ability to work independently Why Apply?
